The aluminum foil used is divided into three types: cathode foil, with a thickness of 0.015mm to 0.06mm; high-voltage foil, with a thickness The thickness is 0.065mm～0.1mm, and the aluminum foil is required to be produced with high-purity aluminum; the thickness of the low-pressure foil is 0.06mm～0.1mm.

Crystal Structure Properties of Capacitor Aluminum Foil

  1. The average surface dislocation density of the soft-state high-pressure original foil is not more than 10∧6/cm2.
  2. De (100) crystal plane occupancy rate of the soft-state high-pressure original foil is not less than 80%.
  3. The thickness of the oxide film on the surface of the soft-state high-voltage original foil is not more than 6nm.
