Crystal Structure Properties of Capacitor Aluminum Foil

  1. The average surface dislocation density of the soft-state high-pressure original foil is not more than 10∧6/cm2.
  2. O (100) crystal plane occupancy rate of the soft-state high-pressure original foil is not less than 80%.
  3. The thickness of the oxide film on the surface of the soft-state high-voltage original foil is not more than 6nm.

Nota: Foils with other parameters can be supplied by agreement between the supplier and the buyer.
