Our foil finish quality

  1. The surface of the aluminum foil should be clean, and there should be no corrosion marks, air bubbles, serious non-metallic indentations and fish scales. Scratches and scratches deeper than half of the negative thickness deviation are not allowed. Severe yellow oil spots are not allowed on the edges of the annealed aluminum foil, and the surface must not be rough.
  2. The surface of the aluminum foil should be flat, and the edges should be free of protruding kelp-like and serious imprints and edge burrs.
  3. The ends of the foil rolls should be neat, free of bumps and dirt, and the entire length of the foil should be easy to unwind without sticking and tearing.
  4. After the aluminum foil is corroded, there should be no lumpy bright spots.
